Just another resume website offering the classic range of services: CV/resume writing and editing, cover letters and LinkedIn profile. The site has a lot of small elements on it, which makes navigation harder than usual.

Price policy

I stopped on these services because they had a special section for military resume, which made me think they have writers specializing in this industry. For full package including resume storage they charged me $163.90. The price was quite average, but I expected quality result.

Order details

The site also has got a blog and the samples. They also offer discounts for full packages, which I consider a good sign. My urgency was 3 days – I didn’t need it urgently, however, waiting 5 days was too long for me. I also expected to find some information about the writers but didn’t find any.

Quality of writing and support

I had some questions concerning the delivery and writer’s qualification, and support agent assisted me well. However, chat is not working 24/7, so you’ll have to wait for operating hours. As for my resume package, when the deadline has almost expired, they contacted me and asked to give them 4 more hours. I had to agree, and only then received my resume.

Conclusion

The resume and cover letter satisfied me. To my regret, I cannot say the same about Follow-up letters – looks like they have the same template for everyone. Also, delay in delivery became an unpleasant surprise – what if I needed it urgently? To top it off, I’d advise you to look for other services.
